Have All The Wallabies Been Run Over?

Have all of the wallabies in Mission Beach been run over? I haven't seen one for ages. All I've seen recently is comic feet sticking up in the air like clown's feet. I thought I saw some whan I was walking back from the pub the other night but turns out they were fence posts...I was quite drunk.
